We loved visiting the zoo where we saw animals from all over the globe. The hands-on experience of planting squash seeds was a highlight for everyone. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff making our trip even better. Definitely recommend for group trips!
The only downside was the wait for check-in, which took longer than expected. It can be annoying if you're eager to start your vacation.

The queen room was spacious and had a lot of walking area, which was nice. The bed was comfy, and the large shower felt great. But, it looked pretty cold and uninviting overall. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work, which kinda put a damper on things.

I enjoyed the clean, spacious queen room with two beds. The heated indoor pool provided a great spot for relaxation after a long day. Location made it easy to explore Grand Rapids and nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and offered good recommendations for dining. However, the check-in process took longer than anticipated. The breakfast options were limited, with a low variety and not the best quality. Overall, a decent stay, but a few things could use improvement.

Fantastic Staff and Great Pool Experience

The staff truly stood out with their exceptional service, even going out of their way to find toothpaste for us. The pool was a fun area to unwind after a long day. The location was convenient, but I would have appreciated better dining options available on-site. The cleanliness of our leisure king room added to the positive experience, yet I noticed some noise from outside that could be bothersome at times.
